He was punctual, knew a lot about the bike and spent a decent amount of time fixing it up to make sure everything was in working order and tuned up before selling it to me. He even insisted on doing more work on the bike after I initially met with him and said that I would like to purchase the bike. At his request I ended up coming back later that day giving him more time to go above and beyond by changing the bike to my preferred specifications I would buy from Michael again in the future without hesitation.
