eBike Warranties

eMotoPDX warrants that all renewed (used) eBikes sold by eMotoPDX are free from manufacturer defects in the motor, battery, controller, screen, and electronic wiring for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. This limited warranty applies solely to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. If a covered defect arises during this period, eMotoPDX will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective component, provided the eBike is returned to eMotoPDX with proof of purchase and the defect is verified as a manufacturer issue.

EXCLUSIONS: This warranty does not cover: (1) normal wear and tear on standard bike components, including but not limited to chains, cranks, tires, tubes, wheels, and hubs; (2) damage to electronic or other components resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance; or (3) any defect or damage arising after the 30-day warranty period.

DISCLAIMER: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EMOTOPDX DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN. EMOTOPDX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE EBIKE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
