He was punctual, knew a lot about the bike and spent a decent amount of time fixing it up to make sure everything was in working order and tuned up before selling it to me. He even insisted on doing more work on the bike after I initially met with him and said that I would like to purchase the bike. I had decided to buy a XP4, maybe two and was ready to order direct when I took a look on Craigslist and found Emoto, What a bonus! Was able to deal with a local authorized dealer who was knowledgeable had exactly what I wanted and anticipated what would work best for us. Unexpectedly Micheal had plans to visit a nearby park the next day and took the time to deliver our bikes to our rural home just outside Portland saving me a two hour+ round trip. It just worked out great and I am very pleased with the bikes, the service and having this resource moving forward.
